CONGRATS TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE Crazy 2008 CHALLENGE Parts I & II!
What is a Challenge? A call to engage in any contest as of skill or strength. Something that by its nature serves as a call to special effort or battle.
CHALLENGE III
This challenge started (Challenge Part I) as a way to see if we could work our bodies up to being able to do 2008 lunges and 2008 core exercises in one day . . . or for those not so insane of us to challenge our bodies to complete a total of 2008 of those exercises, minutes of cardio etc. in the 3 month challenge time frame.
The Challenge Part II kept up a good exercise regimen for upper and lower body and challenge your core muscles (abs, oblique and lower back) with the addition of diet. Diet consisting of getting back to the basics of eating right; getting the most out of your calories and knowing what portion sizes you should be eating to stay in your daily caloric needs.
Challenge Part III. These challenges are to help motivate each other and encourage one another, so as you take this challenge try to make a change from your regular routine; try something new and harder, something you thought maybe you couldn't do. (e.g.. run further, lift more weight, do one more repetition, swim one more lap, bike one more mile, etc.). You can do it, and do it well, keep your tally sheet updated and push it the whole 4 weeks!
